Students under 18 years old need to provide the following additional documents: 9. Copies of parents’ passport, if the parent's passport name does not match the birth certificate, student needs to issue relevant certificates and translate it into Chinese to the embassy for authentication. (1)Original copy of“birth certificate”and“Power of Attorney for Custodian in China”, both need to be translated into Chinese and authorized by the Chinese embassy. (2)Passport copies of parents. (3)If the parent's passport name does not match the birth certificate, student needs to issue relevant certificates and translate into Chinese to the embassy for authentication.If the student's parent is/are dead, the student needs to issue a parental death certificate and translate it into Chinese and be authenticated by the Chinese embassy. The certificate of relationship between the current guardian and the student needs to be notarized and translated into Chinese and be submitted to the Chinese Embassy for authentication. |
