Ms. Fan Xiaojun, who graduated from Northeast Normal University (NENU) with a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL), furthered her education in the field of Second language Acquisition at Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU). 

Having dedicated many years to the field of TCSL, she has accumulated a wealth of experience both within China and abroad. Not only has she taught Chinese language at Harbin Normal University and Northeast Normal University, but also at the China Youth University of Political Studies. Moreover, in 2010, she was selected and dispatched by Hanban to serve as a Chinese language teacher in the United States.

In terms of her teaching methodology, she is adept at creating lessons from a cognitive perspective, and she is continuously reflecting upon and refining her methods. One of her major strengths lies in crafting flexible and diverse activities. These are designed specifically to assist L2 learners in effectively internalizing knowledge.
