Chinese language is not required for international students applying for foundation program

Apply for Diploma Program and Foundation Program

Admission Eligibility

1. Applicants for five-year diploma programs shall be non-Chinese citizens, with a junior high school graduation certificate or equivalent certificate and in good health; 

2. Applicants for three-year diploma programs shall be non-Chinese citizens, with a senior high school graduation certificate or equivalent certificate and in good health;

3. No age and Chinese language requirements for applicants for Chinese language foundation programs.

Deadline

Application period: Each March 15-July 1 for fall semester applications;

Each September 15-January 1 for spring semester applications.

Registration date: Each September 1-15, March 1-15 (specific date will be subject to the notice).

Application documents

1. Application Form for International Students;

2. A photocopy of passport;

3. Original copy of junior, senior high school (or above) graduation certificates;

4. Original copy of academic results;

5. Applicants for diploma programs are required to submit HSK certificate or receive oral Chinese examination over the phone;

6. Six recent passport photos (2 inches in white background);

7. Students younger than 18 years shall submit the original copy of “birthday certificate” and its Chinese translation, original copy and photocopy of notified “Power of Attorney for Custodian in China” and verified by the Chinese embassy in your country.
